Support for the Supporters
As mental health professionals, we hold space for others every day. We show up with care, presence, and expertise—even when we’re navigating challenges of our own. But being a therapist doesn’t mean being immune to burnout, stress, anxiety, grief, or personal transitions. In fact, our work often makes it even more important to have a space of our own.
That’s why I offer therapy specifically for therapists—a confidential, nonjudgmental space where you can focus on you.
Why Therapists Seek Therapy
Therapists come to therapy for many of the same reasons anyone might:
- Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted
- Navigating grief, trauma, or loss
- Managing anxiety, depression, or chronic stress
- Experiencing challenges in important relationships
- Struggling with boundaries, imposter syndrome, or perfectionism
- Coping with personal or professional transitions
- Wanting a safe space to process countertransference, clinical stuckness, or ethical concerns
You may also simply want a space that’s just for you—where you don’t have to be the one holding everything together.
A Therapist Who Understands
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I bring a deep understanding of the joys and challenges of this work. I also bring compassion, insight, and a respect for the vulnerability it takes to sit on the other side of the room.
My approach is:
- Trauma-informed: Sensitive to the impact of past experiences—clinical and personal—and the emotional labor of our field
- Empowerment-focused: Centered on your strengths, autonomy, and growth
- Clinically attuned: Grounded in theory and practice, but flexible, relational, and human
I view therapy for therapists as a collaborative process—one where you’re seen not just as a clinician, but as a whole person.
Confidential. Compassionate. Collegial.
Whether you’re in private practice, community mental health, or a training program, you deserve support that’s thoughtful, affirming, and tailored to your needs.
Working with another therapist can feel daunting—but it can also be deeply meaningful and restorative. I’m here to provide a space where you don’t have to explain the basics of what you do or filter your experiences. You can show up as yourself.
Let’s Talk
